Mothers
Mother tidy my room Get out the broom Launder my things Get on those wings
Fly around fast For time will not last I'll soon be home Seeking financial loan
I'm off out tonight Until quite late right Shop and make tea Mother look out for me
If you were a witch Your nose you could twitch Getting everything done Leaving more time for fun
When I leave home It will be you that can loan The Grandchildren each day While I make time for play
Dear mother it's true We take a lot out of you Indeed a mother's roles cast Until the final day she'll last
